Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 small or one big tomato
  • hand full  leaves of Parsley, Basil and mint
  • Sea salt

Method

Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix them all to drink. Add salt to taste and the juice is ready to drink.

Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin K. The tomato is not just healthy but is very good for skin and is believed to cure many problems.
